wonderful afternoon on the trail

I traveled the Forsyth section today round trip. Took my time, watch birds, butterflies and other insects on the incredible wildflowers. It is so nice to see all the wetland plants without getting muddy! Are there any other botanists, ecologist, zoologist folks out there spending time on the trail?
