			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After Big Creek River reached over 12 feet Tuesday following 10+ inches of rain over the weekend, it has reopened.  Covered in mud, with lots of trees down and signs uprooted, it will take some time for the Greenway to be cleaned up.<br />
Be cautious while using the trail this weekend, as the ground is completely saturated and rain is in the forecast.  This is the perfect combination for flash flooding, even from small showers upstream that may not bring rain locally.</p>
